![]() Animation and Game Design student, Leon Landrau Jones, did a great job on his Heads-Up Display project. The project was for the student to create their version of the Iron Man helmet's computer display. They were given raw footage of a person shot from the shoulders up, looking around and talking. They were then required to treat the footage with color correction and create from scratch computer display elements within After Effects that would look like they were interactive. They utilized motion tracking to have elements react where the person's eyes were looking as well. Overall, it was an exercise in creativity using parts of everything that they had learned throughout the course of the quarter. Leon's HUD had many intricate elements and looked like the character was actively bringing up those elements for his use. Good job, Leon! |
