Living Arts College Interactive Media professors Mark Smith and Scot Dunlap received the wonderful opportunity to network with Chief Marketing Officer and co-founder Joe Schmidt of Cafe Press. The chance arose at this month's marketing luncheon, hosted by the Triangle chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA). Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Cafe Press is the world's largest online marketer and promoter of independent brands, and is a publicly traded company with several operation centers in the United States. During the event, Mr. Schmidt talked in-depth about KPI's, attributions in marketing, the overall evolving technology roadmap in relation to brand experience, and engaging students and the younger generation of innovative people.  Congratulations to Mr. Smith and Mr. Dunlap for networking and for sharing this experience - -they are taking what they learned and passing it on to Living Arts students!
