Interactive Media student Karina Ibarra, left, did a great job on her final Battle Game assignment for DM122, Internet Technology.  The students were to utilize JavaScript to construct a battle between two characters using animated gif sprite sheets.  The battle was to include hit points on both the boss character and the hero character.  The hero character should have two modes of attack, punch and kick, each with their own percentage of possibility to miss and with a random range of damage effectiveness.  Once the hero or boss reached zero hit points, a death animation would play.  Karina's game, right, worked almost flawlessly, and she created an engaging interface that worked well with her characters.  Very good work, Karina!
