Instructor Vince Gardner reports that Living Arts student Joshua McCray has completed an installation with Mr. Kirby Jones, the director of the Daniel Center of South Raleigh. Josh set up the virtual classroom using Android tablets and a new interactive chalkboard called the I-mate. For the last 4 to 5 weeks, Josh has been in close contact with Mr. Jones studying the needs of the classroom. Several systems were submitted, but the I-mate proved most cost effective. Mr. Jones has invited Josh back to give lectures and to do further training. This was a paid project which Josh has proven he can complete. This project was done for the most part at the school and delivered to a church location. Hats off to Josh for a job well done!
