Animation instructor Rich Ponte reports that, during the week of March 25-29, he and ten Living Arts College students went to the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, California.  The ten students were:  Katie Creel, Ashley Lefler, Ash Amrhein, Manuel Jacobo, Isaac Evans, Challen Mitchell, Ethan Jones, Corey Nixon, Holly Rowland, and Natalie Gordiano. The conference was bigger than previous years with more companies and technologies represented. The students met a lot of other artists and people from the video-game field, making some great contacts for the future.  They also had a chance to enjoy San Francisco - - a few went to the zoo and others explored the Pier 39 area. A great time was had by all!
