Students Use Live Action and CG to Create LAC Commercial

Ben Parks' BU218 Studio Business Practice class is working hard on their client project. The team consists of Cory Lowe, Cindy Nguyen, Jonathan Pierce, Thomas Schirf and Kimberly Wagner. Their project is a 30-second commercial for the school. It combines both live action and computer generated elements, focusing mostly on CG. Live action is involved, so they have had to work with Michael Pearce and some of his film students to coordinate filming the opening and closing segments of the commercial. In addition, they had to work out finding and reserving locations for filming and how to integrate CG into those elements. This has been a great real-world scenario for them and they have made great progress on the piece.
